Our Story
A place without worry. A place where everyone feels safe.
When I was 13, I almost died at a party.
I had asked if the food was safe. I was told it was.
But minutes later, I went into anaphylactic shock.
I couldn’t breathe. My friends stood by helplessly until paramedics arrived. They said I was lucky to survive.
That day changed everything.
For the past 27 years, I’ve lived with the constant fear that the next bite could send me into another life-threatening reaction, at every party, at every restaurant.
I’ve learned to always bring my own food. I volunteer to “bring dessert” just so I know there’s one thing I can eat. I smile politely while others enjoy the food, even if I’m starving. I’ve sat at parties feeling anxious, embarrassed, or just… different.
I know what it’s like to feel like an outsider at the table. But I also come from a family where food is love.
Where cooking and baking is a way we show we care.
That’s why I created No Nuttts—a nut-free bakery built on trust, inclusion, and joy. A place where every cookie, every roll-up, is made with the highest standards of safety—so no one has to feel left out, or afraid.
At No Nuttts, we believe:
• Kids with food allergies deserve to feel included—not “different.”
• Parents deserve peace of mind.
• Everyone deserves dessert.
This isn’t just a business. This is my heart. This is my promise to every parent who’s ever panicked over a party. To every kid who’s been told “maybe you shouldn’t eat that.” To every family living with allergies and looking for something sweet and safe.
Welcome to No Nuttts.
Where food is made with love, joy, and zero fear.

We don’t believe in “good enough” when it comes to food allergies. Every cookie, roll-up, is made with care in a dedicated nut-free environment—because we know what it’s like to live with the fear that one wrong bite could mean a trip to the ER.
We want to give our customers baked goods that are fun to eat, beautiful to serve, and safe to share. Most of all, we want every child and parent living with food allergies to feel seen, included, and celebrated.
